Hello!
You do not have to go to professional beauty salons to take care of your skin. All you need is a small SPA in your bathroom. Hot bubble bath, aromatic candles, your favourite cosmetics and a pleasant atmosphere. What more could you want?
Hot bubble bath for cleansing the skin
Taking a bath in warm water is what women like the most. And when you add essential oils, fruit pieces and nourishing cosmetics, you have a home-made SPA all for yourself. However, the pleasure of bathing is not everything. Warm water relaxes the muscles, removes toxins from the body, cleanses and softens the skin. If you add oils or vegetable extracts to the water, you will provide the body with many nutrients, moisturize the skin and improve your mood.
Exfoliating for smoother skin
While bathing the skin becomes soft. You can go ahead and exfoliate your body! This will help you remove dead skin cells and reveal new and beautiful skin. If you do scrub the skin regularly, after a while it would clog up the pores and cause irritation. In addition, the peeling brightens small discolourations, reduces small wrinkles, firms the skin and prepares the body for further care.
Moisturising for soft & silky smooth skin
After taking the bath the skin can be dry and slightly tightened. Therefore, it is worth moisturizing and providing it with nutritious ingredients. The more often you use moisturizing products, the faster your skin will regain its proper condition. For body and face care you will need oiling lotions; cosmetic butter for the winter and light and protective creams in the summer. Choose cosmetics that contain natural substances and quickly take care of your skin. You can also try dry oils, which after being applied to the skin are immediately absorbed. You can put on your pyjamas right away and jump into bed.
Have you ever done an at-home SPA, girls? Do you have any other examples a home-made skin care rituals? Let me know in the comments, I’d love to hear more ideas!
